i'll save them the effort: it's a BCAA product using a PROP BLEND, thats all you need to know to stay away. The whole point of taking BCAA is to know you're getting a good ratio of leucine:valine:isoleucine, the fact that its in a prop blend means a) you dont know what you're taking, b) its probably an inferior? ratio that they're hiding in a blend with Taurine. Just the fact that they thinks its ok to use a prop blend for something with 5 common ingredients is laughable.

it is a very expensive herb, b/c of that it makes it actually harder to profit from as you need charge more to make the same margins? from a cheaper herb. That being said your skepticism is warranted. We looked at the evidence that is currently out there in terms of it's ability to effect serotonin levels and it is pretty interesting so far. We will see what well designed follow up studies say, but so far it looks promising. Hope this helps.

yes it is the stimulants that are making you so? anxious. A the right amount should make you not tired, too much will make you anxious and unable to focus. You can do a few things, 1) cut the dose in half 2) only use it on days you train and don't have to study 3) use a non stimulant pre workout. Hope this helps.

If you are eating the right foods (macronutrient ratio matters) and training hard most excess calories will be stored as muscle (assuming you? are not way over eating), which is the actual preferred storage form for the body. Think if our ancestors were just getting fat all summer when food was plentiful, that would not make for a good hunter, where as more muscle would help you hunt better (there is also lots of physiological evidence that demonstrates this as well). I just finished a bottle and saw/felt nothing. This was a waste of time and money. I kept my carbs low, protein(+- 170-180grams)/good fats high--supplement pre-workout (jack3ed)+AAKG--Modern BCAA during--post whey protein... AND kept a great sleep schedule throughout. Hmm it sounds like you have quite a tolerance to stims or perhaps you took it after a large meal? Going off feedback and knowing the ingredients this is a very concentrated product in terms of stims. My take would be a good old fashion raw vegetable and fruit fasting diet while consuming very little meat primarily lean meats like fish, egg whites, a little chicken? breast and a little tofu (which isn't meat). I did this about 6 months ago when I was cutting and trying to shrink my mid section. I lost a total of 12 pounds of mostly fat. I recommend this fasting diet because in my opinion its one of the quickest and effective ways to lose weight and fat.

You can do it, I lost 100 pounds over a year before I got into bodybuilding, 20 pounds in 3 months is doable. Especially since losing weight follows a similar curve to gaining muscle: you see? the biggest weight loss in the beginning just from changing your eating & exercise habits, similar to the 'noob gains' people get when they start lifting and then the progress becomes more gradual with time and it gets harder to lose fat the leaner you get.

lactose intolerance? has much more to do with gut flora than anything as anyone w/ good microbes in the gut can digest lactose (bacteria do it for you), however some people do have casein allergies so they would need to avoid dairy but not b/c of the lactose. Hey I gotta question for you. I've recently read some articles that say it's been? proven that creatine directly increases dht. I know dht helps with muscle but it comes with some obvious downsides. This is good because of the di- and tri-peptides requiring? very little blood to the gut for digestion. well there a few things to consider. 1) is what are you taking in before bed as that can help serve as fuel. 2) you don't want to take in too much immediately before you train so as not to draw too much blood to the gut. Therefore you want just enough of something? so you don't feel tired and empty but not too full. We just reviewed some good non stimulant pre-workouts. There are plenty of naive consumers susceptible to hyperbolic marketing and on the other side there are a lot of lazy skeptics who dismiss the whole industry w/o doing any research. yes, you would ideally soak? them for hours in acidulated water then allow them to sprout, but thats a lot of work. All cereal grains contain phytic acid (stored form of phosphorous in plants) in the bran and germ layer (a small amount is fine). Phytic acid can combine with calcium, magnesium, copper, iron especially zinc in the intestinal track and block their absorption, which can lead to mineral deficiencies. It's easier to replace them, hope this helps.

@jdawg458 BSN is one of the best gainers. Gainers are just protein shakes with excessive carbs and dose suggestions. What makes True Mass is the mixed proteins to give that sustained release and it has carbs but not as much? as other gainers and actually has some fat unlike other gainers. Post workout is better for Protein and Carb focus which Syntha-6 is basically true mass with less fat and vice-versa.

No, I did not say that the study proves causation. You said in your video that the study was evidence that refuted the hypothesis that too much salt is bad for health. I said it was not good evidence, and explained that the study results are in line with the hypothesis that too much salt is bad for health. As for your explanation about HCL, it is a non sequitur. Similar logic would dictate that because the brain needs glucose to function, that cutting sugar causes health issues.?

no it does not, you are confusing causation w/ correlation. People who eat too much happen to eat more salt than the average person, but that does not mean salt is the cause (evidence shows its not). Rather it? is eating too much (and likely too much bad food, PUFAs, grains, fructose, etc..) that causes their health issues. Cutting salt is filled w/ unintended consequences, including too little HCl as it is one of the body's main sources of Cl needed for HCl in the stomach...

I used of an extreme example to be obvious, but my point still stands for varying degrees of health. As one's health deteriorates, less food and therefor less Na is consumed as a result. This plausibly explains the part of the J curve in which people excreting the least amount of Na had the highest mortality. As for the part? of the J curve in which those excreting the highest amount of? Na had the highest mortality, well that just reinforces the hypothesis that too much dietary Na is unhealthy.

We are not talking about people on the verge of death rather we? are talking about otherwise healthy people and the effects of salt and what defines "too much." There is a J-shaped relation between sodium excretion and risk of cardiovascular health risks.
