NDP is too left for? most Canadians. I respect the NDP for being the 3rd party and now the 2nd party for reasons of making noise and asking the questions that need to be asked but unless they become more center left they will never win a majority.

how does that make any strategic sense? They need to ride the wave and keep? up the momentum
By: Freethinker12341. on 11 Apr 12, 02:45:33
if anything, the NDP needs to stop? overestimating themself
By: HeavyMetalCanuck. on 11 Apr 12, 02:32:25
Good? I hope they keep underestimated NDP

I agree. I've always voted Liberal just to be strategic. I am quite happy to be able to vote for the party I always wanted to. And Mulcair is a real fighter. I liked Dion and Ignatieff, and I like Rae too, but I'm psyched to see NDP with a leader who out-shines any Liberal leader since Chretien. This is just my first impression of Mulcair. I may be wrong and change my mind. But he? seems likable and winnable.

definitely, especially ppl like Tony Clement, fiscal conservatives from? the old PC party
By: NotjustGrey. on 08 Apr 12, 06:30:15
I assume many right-wingers think the same about? Harper.

trust me, the conservatives are NOT afraid of the NDP. they feel a lot more? threatend by the libs.
By: Freethinker12341. on 08 Apr 12, 00:38:18
theyre hardly an official opposition. The conservatives fired attack ads on the? interim leader of the third party. Even as an official opposition they arent taken seriously lol.

The liberals have been trying to establish a national child care program for the past 10 friggin years, and? the NDP voted against it EVERY time! I fucking hate them.

you just believe everything the NDP leader tells you dont u. The New Democrats dont have a clue what they're doing. They're too? weak to be in opposition. When the liberals were official opposition the NDP voted against EVERYTHING...unconditionally pretty much, regardless of whether it was the right to do or not. That goes to show you that the NDP doesn't care about governing Canada appropriately, they only care about propping themselves up.
By: apacpaco. on 07 Apr 12, 23:12:36
What the NDP is doing now is what the Liberals could? never do as Opposition...because they simply have no balls
By: apacpaco. on 07 Apr 12, 23:11:34
Oh, no? Thomas Mulcair!!!!! Let's all put the "natural governing party" back in power..... -_- For Christ's sake
By: skidogs. on 07 Apr 12, 02:55:02
I see nothing to be disappointed in there. I also thought he answered the question quite effectively - essentially, we're the opposition and it is our job to use the time allotted to expose? the problems with the government plan and to communicate to Canadians how we would govern differently. Why would you expect less?
By: ColisJohn. on 05 Apr 12, 23:44:50
Actually, I find? Mulcair is exactly what we need on the left wing. Good policies and a fighting attitude to get it done. Just my opinion.
By: Freethinker12341. on 05 Apr 12, 22:21:48
me neither, Jack would be disappointed of what has become of his party?
By: NotjustGrey. on 05 Apr 12, 10:24:55
Thomas Mulcair, the Harper of the left-wing. I am not looking forward to the political future of our? country.
