I can't even imagine how much honor everyone involved in these movies must have felt being a part of them. So many movies are created based on a source material that have no real heart in that source? material. This was not one of those conversions. You could tell just how important it was for everyone here to do the story right.

Peter Jackson brought to life the most beautiful story every written. Perfect in EVERY way. There will NEVER be anything that will outshine the perfection that was done with Lord of the Rings. Best movies? ever and I'm excited to see Peter Jackson do it again with The Hobbit. Love these movies and they will be timeless classics for generations to come. :) LOTR!!

I always stop the film when they are at the top of Minas Tirith and everyone? bows to Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin. If I go any further, I HAVE to watch the ending and it is inevitable that I will cry. Never do I get more sad than when I read the ending of the novel or watch the end of the Return of the King. AMAZING films. Honestly owe so much to J.R.R. Tolkien, Peter Jackson and the entire crew for the wonderful things that are the trilogies in both text and film.
