Thank you for expressing yourself. This is why I'm against the staple surgeries like the RNY & the Sleeve. It does work 4 many people, & many others have keep the weight off,? but there is a sizable group that 4 whatever reason gain the weight back. U need 2 have all the sides to a story before u invest n 1 of these surgeries. If u have a compulsive personality where u eat for emotional reasons, surgery may not be for u. This is why they make you see a psychiatrist before u can be approved today.

She started complaining the day she got out of surgery. She wasnt mentallly ready. She isnt eating right. She said in another video she was eating what she wanted and eating bread. You cant do that and keep? the weight off. I am getting this surgery and had to be taught about it.

Don't believe everything people tell you about yourself. You can be well without the surgery. Look up Matt Stone of? 180 Degree Health and Josh Rubin of East West Healing here on YouTube and LEARN about what your body needs in order to release weight. Thank you soooo much, I really needed to hear this. I am 37? years old and im struggling with weigh loss. I have several friends that did get the surgery. I am afraid, no health issues, less then 150 pounds to lose and God is so good to me,(crying). I know its going to take time but I will not do that to myself. Meh, I know several people who've had the surgery and kept it off for 12 years, 6 years, etc. One person I know took off almost 200 lbs, got married, had a baby (something she'd always dreamed of) and yes, she gained back almost half of the weight, but she's still 100 pounds lighter, and has the family she always wanted. You are WAY too young to get surgery. Being heavy at any age is hard. Go to the gym if it's fun. If it's not fun then find something to do for exercise that you actually enjoy (dance, yoga, tai chi, walking, biking, swimming etc). If you give up bread, pasta, sugar, soda (which you'll have to do with the surgery anyway) you might find it easier to get to a lower weight. Eat protein and produce.? Take care!

I watched your video when you just had it done and I've been in your shoes. Ask me now if I should? of had it done.. I say "No". My doctor told me I only had so many months to live with my weight issues. I went and had the gastric bypass May 7th 2009. I've had complications and I lost 72lbs in less than a month. If we lose more than 2 pounds per week, we're in for health problems down the? road. You are doing FINE!! It helps to eliminate starchy carbs, breads, pastas, grains (even the whole ones) from the diet. Eat fatty proteins and lots of vegetables and broths. You must envision being HEALTHY!! Thin is a byproduct of good health.

ROFL...post bypass gas emissions! You know, as a bypass patient myself, I think they should hook us up to those emission control machines like they do when you get your car inspected! I'm pleasantly surprised when I let one go that has NO? odor. No, it dosen't happen often but when it does...oh boy! I also get a great laugh when I send my husband running for cover!!!
