Oh my gosh, you look much too skinny already. Your face looks sunken in, and you look tired and ill. Starvation diets like HCG can do MUCH more harm than good, and the weight you lose on starvation diets seldom stays off. My goal is 125. I'm 5'2" so if I go a couple pounds below that, I'm ok but not too far below. I plan on weight training a bit after next round. I'm thinking that even with what I gain from load days this time, I shouldn't have to do a whole 40 day round. We shall see! Yeah, that's a good idea for the sunscreen daily! I am out in the sun a lot. I actually wanted a little sun but didn't realize how red I was getting until I started to feel it! Little too late by then. I keep all kinds of things? in my car but sunscreen isn't one of them.... DUH! LOL I will now! Yes, I can see the? red girl! Start making it a habit to put sunscreen on your face in the morning. That's what I do under my moisturizer. I also have extra sunscreen in the car with some big hats, just in case. Hope your skin feels better tomorrow and you were able to take that shower. Don't mind at all! I started out in 10 or 12 depending on the style. My 10's were pretty much skin tight around the gut! I didn't try on? but one pair of 4's so they probably wouldn't all fit the same either. Just happens, this one does. I guess that's why I say I need to take my measurements.... which I still haven't done!

Oh my gosh, PLEASE don't? do the HCG diet! That starvation diet almost KILLED my sister, and she was under a so-called doctor's care! Since then, I've been hearing all sorts of helath issues people had while on that diet, and some of those health issues were still there MONTHS after they went off. And not one person? I know that did HCG was able to maintain their loss, so they went through all that expense and starvation for nothing!

Milled (ground) flax seeds. They are great for fiber and lots of other amazing health benefits.... I'd have to say Google "benefits of Flax seeds" to get all the info on that one. Fage is Greek Yogurt. Only use the 0% plain. You can use it in smoothies & other recipes and if you just want to eat it, you can. It's not tasty alone. I flavor it with Sugar Free Jello powder & some sweetener. Really high in protein :) I got the recipe for my smoothie from Bowulf's channel.? He had TONS of great videos

LOL... YES, finally! I actually know what they're all for and what they do but that blue one threw me for a loop! It was for the switch so went with the black & white wire. I knew to just match the wires by color & hook them up so process of elimination told me that but I do NOT? mess around with electrical.... not really in to burning down my house! Ha! I admit, it felt pretty good when Dad didn't know either LOL

Thanks :) I'm in Ohio, near Toledo. The tournaments are in florence, just across the Ohio/Kentucky border but it's still just over a? 3 hour drive. Personally, I think it's rediculous to go that far at thier age but they are excited. They'll be playing on the minor league field, under the lights!

Yes, I haven't actually seen my Mom in about 2 weeks so I'm sure she'll have something to say about my weight loss, too. I can do the mayo vlog but may not have time for a couple days. I actually just made some today! I sort of followed Hebbiedobby's but I didn't use any coconut oil. All I used was 1 egg, 1? tsp lemon juice, a dash of salt & 1 pkt of sweetener then 1/2C. of MCT oil. I mixed with my stick blender...add all but the oil, mix it a little, add the oil slowly until it looks like mayo. I'll try to do a vlog!

It only makes a small amount. I actually lied .... oops... What I made isn't p2 friendly but had I used MCT oil it would have been. I believe I read that it is good for 3-4 days. I did use it in that amount of time. But I made tuna patties w/ tartar made w/ just the mayo & sugar-free sweet relish. I also put it on my salad as dressing. I actually do have some xylitol I could use! I couldn't find? any erythritol.

It's a product that inhibits the absorbtion of carbs. Not a guarantee, but I hear they do? help if you go out or whatever & think you will be eating carbs.

My hubby is a forklift operator so mostly sitting on his lift. He does have a weight room in the garage & is big into weight lifting. He won't do hcg. He refuses to stop weight lifting... and that's fine....I never pressure him. But he wants to do the p3 along with me, the same as me so he can lose his belly. I would really recommend some protein powder. Not sure what he? would mix it with on p2, though. Maybe some almond milk or Fage? Not on protocol but if he needs it, he needs it.

Yes, let your body dip below LDW, you will stabilize. Does your husband have a physical job? My husband will be doing a 32 day round beginning next week. He has a very physically demanding job and is also worried abut getting enough protein on P2. Any? advice?

I am not sure what works for everyone else of course but I did 800 - 1000 the first 3 days and then up'd it to 1500 - 2000 everyday since? and have stabilized very well.

I was still going down after the 3 vlcd's and from what I was? told it's all good :) It's for sure expensive but so worth it. I can't believe how fast I go through the different sweeteners and flours because they are the most costly. I have decided that the amount of money I am probably saving on medication related to what was to come from being overweight is money well spent :)

I would go for the olive oil instead of vegetable oil. You can have chicken wings and blue cheese dressing just check for sugars and carbs. Butter, full fat sour cream, whipping cream. guacamole, bacon, fried eggs and cheese. I like making my tacos because I can have the cheese and sour cream and more meat! Roast a WHOLE chicken and eat skin and all! I do skip fruit in P3.? I always maintained when I ate plenty of fats and proteins. Enjoy!
