The HCG starvation diet is not a safe or effective way to achieve your goal of? permenant weight loss. I know? several people that lost a bunch of weight? on that diet, but not one was able? to keep it off. Some now weigh even more than the did before doing HCG. Many scientists have studied the HCG diet, and found that HCG in ANY form is no more effective than a placebo, and the 500 calorie a day diet is very dangerous. Please, change your mind before this starvation diet makes you ill!
