I never noticed the keys sound until you said this. And they are quite. Now if you? have the volume on then the phone beeps every time you type a letter, but it is very simple to turn the volume off and then the beeping stops.

Yes this phone? allows you to turn off both the airtime and the due date. And I am not sure how to get facebook on here. The only apps i have seen are games and they cost 54 minutes each.

As you just saw when the text popped up, it does not show who it is from. Although, when you go into your text message menu to see all of them, it does show the number and if? you set them as a contact then their name will pop up.

I personally never sent a text over or any where near 160 characters, the signal is amazing because i live? in the country and i only lost the signal at one place so far. And the human eye can't tell the difference between a 1.3 megapixel camera and a 2 megapixel camera. I personally highly recommend this phone. I use minutes up like crazy, but that is me and not you. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

I'm debating between this and the T404G. I had an LG? 800G and it got demolished a few days ago. I hated it anyway. Touchscreen = NO!! I like the fact that this is a CDMA phone that will get better signal in my neck of the woods (literally), but I'm a little miffed with not being able to send messages that are more than 160 characters and the 1.3 megapixel camera (vs the 404's 2.0 camera). I haven't made my decision but it looks like I'll be taking coverage over features. Any thoughts/opinions?

A plane flew by hundreds of miles away at sunset, so i pulled out my camera and zoomed in 40x optical. This camera isn't the best in low lighting, so the more you zoom in the more of a chance the color fades and it blurs out. Which happened in this test many times as it flew away from the sun set.
