What I mean is you could get great gains anyway because you are that skinny and I'm assuming you are a beginner. It's called noob gains. When I first started? lifting I gained 15-20lbs very quickly in the first year and I wasn't serious about macro counting, getting a certain amount of protein or any of that stuff.

i guess you don't know if you're not a fighter. Even the skillsets are equal, the weight difference is the difference maker. Weight more usually means more muscles. More muscles could exert? more force. Cung Le should be fighting someone like Nick Diaz, GSP, Matt Hugh, etc. Those fighters in the middle weight class, not a light-heavy weight like Wanderlei Silva.

Cung Le is in normal middle weight class. He had to come up the weight and Silva had to come down. Naturally, the heavier guy has the advantage given everything else is equal. JDS was lucky that he finished the fight so quickly but I do not think the knockout was a fluke. If a BJJ fighter landed that punch then it would be a fluke, but not from a boxer. Anyways will be good to follow the HW division, it's stronger than ever right now.

Well then, its a good thing? Werdum is coming to the ufc again, we are going to see that rematch (probably). Yvel, GOnzaga, Struve weren't fluke. Btw, If you search over youtube, you will find several of my posts saying JDS is going to be the new HW champion, some of those posts are as much as 2 years old. Iexpected for JDS to win, but to me personally, this fight just showed that in mma guys don't have good chins, and one punch can change the outcome of the fight (fluke)

I know what you're trying to say but you need to articulate yourself better. Werdum wasn't a fluke. Werdum, Struve, Yvel, Gonzaga, Velasquez were all finished in the first round. The only reason Shane Carwin wasn't was because of his iron chin. If you saw the Kongo fight you would know that Cain's chin isn't the best. And Junior? hits harder than Kongo, so this fight was a no brainer. That said I'm sure Cain will rebound strongly, so I'm looking forward to seeing his next fight

Chael injected synthetic testosterone (an anabolic steroid) without any permission from any athletic commission whatsoever. Even if he was given? an exemption to undergo TRT (he wasn't), he still would've needed to have a T/E ratio under 4:1 but he had a T/E ratio of 16.9:1 which is over 4 times the allowed limit. He's ok on his feet, especially since he stopped being afraid? to strike w/guys. but the 1st fight was a fluke as far as Chael out-striking Silva goes; Silva was not himself in that fight, for whatever reason. Whether or not his rib was badly injured, i'm not sure, but i believe him when he said something was wrong because he did not look like the pound-for-pound best in the world at all in that fight.I can't guarantee a Silva W, but i can guarantee the fight won't be nearly as 1 sided

Honestly, I would have to disagree, Shields would just impose his will on BJ just because he is so much bigger. Shields has a solid wrestling background and excellent BJJ training with the Gracies and could just dominate BJ on the ground. BJ got picked apart by Frankie Edgar, someone not known? for his stand up... And Shield's striking has improved greatly.Don't forget Shields was champion in Strikeforce (not the same as UFC I know but still high level mma). He'll be back. Gsp fan btw...
