I am on my second bottle of Hydroxycut and have lost 30 pounds in the past few months and have allot more muscle now. My opinion is? that the Hydroxycut works but not alone. My diet has been also very healthy and i workout almost everyday and take Wheybolic amplified 60 as well. The bottom line is Hydroxycut can be very effective if you diet right and exercise on a regular basis the weight will come off. In a few weeks i will most likely have lost about 45 pounds and will be at my dream weight.

I just started hydroxycut caffeine free about 3 hours ago and am having some minor stomach pains. It kinda feels like my stomach is receding into my ribs. It doesn't really hurt it just? feels weird. As a nutritionist and certified personal trainer,? at your age you do not need this product. You need to clean your diet up. Eat 4-6 small meals per day, Always eat a breakfast. Stay away from the junk food / beer. And after you have accomplished that, then you should start focusing on exercise. Workout 3-5 days a week (as your gym teacher for a routine they can give you some good pointers) and do cardio. The more active you are the healthier you will be.

I've never had the chest pain experience while taking the Hard Core product! Irregular will happen espically if it's your first realy caffeinated supplement. Starting weight was 298 around early april of this year. I stared my normal beginners routine with light cardio and lifting and then after the sixth week I up'd everything. Early June I started the? Hydroxy and was weighing in at 292. Im now at 270 even and have been out of the gym for 2 weeks due to a family emergency. But this past week i have been in my normal routine. 22lbs total!!!

the reason you sweat alot more? is cause theres caffiene in it...increases your blood flow there for you sweat alot easier, you probably notice u sweat alot more when u workout too, this is why the product works so good, the more you sweat the more you loose... Cheers

Yea, no prob! Umm, it was basically a gift and was already mixed in from what my friend told me! she's one of those who buys products and doesn't like it so has the dough to buy at anytime. wow..the recent recall was totally beyond my control. I was just as shocked as the rest of the body building world but then again, what product is really safe these days! I did go to see my doctor and he knew i was on the hydroxycut and knew that i was in to see him one day on a check up. Im? healthy and i don't have liver damage....thank you very much!
