I like this, thanks :) I had a long day, and well couldn't fit my hour long workout. I did a ten minute powerwalk uphill earlier (on my way to catch a bus LOL!) and I didn't get back to workout til late. This was my perfect workout I could do in bed, I'm going to check for the? lower body one now!
