I've tried the keto diet and it did work for me, but there is a better way in my opinion. Keto diet causes CRAZY cravings and is easy to bust a binge lol. It also makes your workouts suffer and 45 min cardio turns into 45 mins of counting down the time. Wht worked for me was adding broccoli to meals, it really fills tht empty spot in the stomach. Even jst with veggatables you probably wont go into ketosis, but your still in a caloric deficit which? to me is more important than your carb intake

Listen up TMW, glycogen is still important for your workout and since muscles only RESORB glucose from your blood but are NOT ABLE to give it back as a resource? for your brain and your erythrocites it will and can ONLY be used for your muscle. You will lose fat (in forms of fatty acids and glycerin), even if your glycogen resources are at 100%. The only thing you have to watch is to not overfill your depots (liver and muscles) with glucose. Only the liver gives glucose back to the blood.
