I am on my second bottle of Hydroxycut? and have lost 30 pounds in the past few months and have allot more muscle now. My opinion is that the Hydroxycut works but not alone. My diet has been also very healthy and i workout almost everyday and take Wheybolic amplified 60 as well. im on my second day so i havent seen any? weight loss results but i have seen a major increase in stamina i used to run a mile and be tired i ran 3.12 miles today and did weight lifting after and still not tired enough bout me lol what i do is wake up and take one wait an thirty minutes to an hour and eat a light breakfast after that i go work out do an hour of cardio and then some weights then when your getting around dinner time like around 5 take one like at 6 eat dinner make sure 2 drink H20!

HC for me has killed my appetite, basically I have no desire to eat what so ever since I started taking it, but that is of course what you want isn't it?
