i'm a skinny 17 year old male who wants nothing but build muscles, i weigh approx 60kg and got 1.80 ish in height. i've been trying some of your workouts mainly chest and arms 3 times a week for 5 weeks now. i still want to know if there is anything better i can do. i try to eat when i can but sadly i? don't eat enough "good" food which is my main problem atm. other then that is there a workout that would benefit me more then others. ( sorry for long and not informative text -_- )

Thanks for the input, but this is day 1 of a 3 day split, Chin ups are in the program heavily. The neutral seated cable row is the opposite movement of the DB chest press as they are both horizontal movements. A chin up is a vertical pull. :). Do not do this 3 times per week, its? for Monday, there will be a Wed and Friday video

100% 15 sets for a 3 x per week routine s NOT ENOUGH FOR A BEGINNER! There is a big difference between a trainer and a weight lifter. Simply put: I've trained over 1000 people in the last 5 years. A beginner is NOT like an intermediate lifter. First a beginner is not neurally efficient, 15 sets is NOT enough to wire in the right motor patterns. 2nd They are not strong enough to get stimulation with such little volume. First, congratulations on the lift numbers, those are huge. Football coaches generally focus on power/endurance vs absolute strength. For those 80 pounds, I would do the following diet Bodyweight x 1 gram of protein, 150 grams of carbs, and 80 grams of fat. This would be explained? much further in my Fatass to Baddass program on my channel page. You can easily shed that fat brother!
