If you look from a general point of view and doesn't know who? he is, I would say that hes an "amateur" chef. He looks so slow and too relax if you compare it to gordon ramsay for exemple, just by his appearance and attitude(real life, not hell kitchen), looks like a great chef.

i believe he is using a Misono UX 10. the bolster certainly resembles it, but it appears gold in this case. i have not seen one like this and doubt it was made custom as this is a production knife. perhaps it? is just the lighting.

have u seen ratatouille ? Thomas Keller was the chef consulted for the animation and in teh extras u can see side by side how the creator of the animation and Thomas speak about their craft with such passion. Im sure u would change ur mind after that. Keller is just a very calm person who knows what he is doing. Gordan seems to be hopped up on sugar sticks all the time ( honest opinion thats how it looks like) and he? is entertaining to watch

I did not say he was not a good chef. just seems like such a lack of passion. Marco and Gordon are 3 star chefs and have passion when they are on camera. If this chef is not interested in being a personality then maybe he should not post videos. As? I said he is a good chef but not one that I enjoy watching as much as his British counterparts.

in theory, the wishbone (being a bone) does add flavor... but it probably accounts for 1% of the total bone mass. the benefits in terms of ease of cutting and? better presentation far exceed any additional flavor (which would probably be undetectable to even the most experienced chef's palate)

Look closer at the cheetah though, it doesn't do any long distance "jogging"... it? sleeps mostly. When it wakes up, it creeps after it's prey and then sprints for a few seconds to catch it. Fat is good, but not the fat of today's hormone-injected, grain-consuming commercial meats. The cavemen with bigger bodies and brains are not around anymore because we started consuming nutritionally inferior grains, which affected the manifestation of our genome (phenotype). I would like to see what pills and powders you speak of; any paleo/primal expert I've heard? of advises you to strive to get all your nutrients from real food.
