Natalie, I find it difficult to criticize your advise because so much of it is good advice. However, your not much different then many others out there in cyber-land extolling the? virtues of water. Unfortunately their advise like your never comes with the number one admonition regarding drinking water. It should be pure and fluoride free. Of course there are many other toxins in water our bodies can do without as well. Which is why distilled water is best when minerals are added back to it.

Something I've? learned is about TDS (total disolved solids). Less than 10 TDS is considered purified. Anything above 50 TDS and it's not properly hydrating your body. Ozarka is about 35 (the last time I measured it) so it isn't considered purified but it is a pretty good source for hydration. Your best bet is to buy (or make) reverse osmosis water. That removes everything including viruses and bacteria.

in terms? of simple carbs they are ideal, you don't want to drink too much fruit juice as there is too much fructose (too much fructose is not good). Both are very cheap so you can get them for a few bucks or you could get a good post workout that has it already in there. Hope this helps.

I don't believe it's an? intolerance at all. I am positive it's a result of all of the poisons and chemicals put in the food, itself, as well as the seeds that are sprayed with Roundup et all. How the hell did people live all those years before this and not die from the food they ate? Q: is if lactase is an enzyme that helps digest lactose...is there a similar enzyme that would help you digest gluten? You've not been ripped off, it's just gonna be different for you being a vegitarian. The meals in the Nutrition Plan are? just examples. If you do as the young lady in the video has and use cards to plan out what your're gonna need for a day then build meals around that. As I understand it, Tofu has quite a large amount of protein Vs. carbs and is vegitarian freindly or maybe go for the protein shakes instead. :) Good luck!

You don't have to follow what they say to eat, use the amounts of protein and fats? ect from their meals and make your own, I didn't muck like the food they say to eat so I made my own meal plan, you just need to follow the the nutritional guides that's all

hi i was curious what i could sub. for shakoligy? also i do not have a recover drink but i do have my protien shakes it has 280 calories 60g protien total fat 1g sugar 2g and server size is per three scoops so not bad is it ok to use that? i also have school so i wouldnt work out till after school so is it ok to eat carbs for dinner? pls help me before i bring it on monday? if i can sub the drink for my protein shakes how many scoops? ty:)
