wake up in the morning do 4 sets of 25 reps push ups then? 4 sets 25 reps cruncehes, do that b4 you eat anything, then do the same b4 bed also some cardio about 4 days a week, and stay away from junk food, and dont eat 3 hours b4 you go to bed and youll lose weight and have nice abs.

These are good exercises but I've been doing ab exercises for awhile now and although I'm not flabby I don't have a visible six pack. I think to get that? look something else is required besides just ab exercises.

I've been doing this workout every other night for two? weeks. I like it, really, it's not really very difficult. I like that it's an Ab workout that you don't need to do a stupid amouts of sit up for, because sit-ups really hurt my neck.
