I took CLA for weight loss and it did help, but it also caused my liver enzymes to increase. Final result, my liver was getting more fatty and insulin resistance got much worse. Since I've been off CLA,? my blood sugars have dropped down to normal and insulin resistance has improved dramatically. I supplemented with CLA and GLA(Borage oil)? and I found that I had pretty good results. The only thing I don't like about CLA is that you have to take so much for them to be effective and it's a little expensive. I found GLA to be a bit more affordable and beneficial on it's own. But CLA is a good supplement when used correctly and I'm glad you had good results! Yay for you!

Good video and I agree. Everyone is doped up on stimulants trying to tweak the pounds away. Something tells me that has long term consequences because of what it is doing to your body. Tonalin CLA doesn't do this? and I found it helps. Overall a good video, but I'll have to disagree on the comment that your "fat burners" or thermogenics like Lipo6 and Hydroxycut and garbage. I will concede that yes some and most are? garbage. I take OxyElite Pro and it's the shit if you're looking for a good thermogenic. I took Tonalin CLA when I was at my highest weight of 195 at age of 22, and height 5'9". I didn't know if it work or not but from I read there is no negative side effects if using proper amount, so I tried it. I lost 40lbs in 3 months trying to get in shape for a wrestling tournament which was my motivation to lose the weight. I still don't know if the? CLA helped me or not, I was working out very intensely as well. But one thing I did develop which I never really had in highschool were nice abs!

i have been taking CLA for about 2 weeks now and you all are right my skin feels youthful all over, very soft, and now more even tone all over wow....but I also notice a slimming of my arms fat, and back, and leg? fat around the knee area...I walk and talk CLA....i like it!...gonna go back to GNC and get more after this bottle....

If your on a low carb diet and you should be if you wanna get big and ripped, you shouldn't buy CLA supplements because beef, lamb and cheese are already high in CLA make sure to include these foods in your low carb diet to maximise your fatloss and retain your muscle mass. I emphasized these foods in my diet (with veges) weight trained and performed HIIT cardio 3x a week and I lost 5kgs in 10 days! no shit! my bodyfat test showed me that? I lost no lean mass, so all of it was fat!

Thus far I have seen my weight go down 5.5 pounds. My waist measurement has gone down 3 inches. I would have liked a body fat percentage measurement, but didn't get that done. I think the waist measurement is? a pretty good indication, as that is where most of my body fat is located these days... thanks for the comment and subscription. Trying to get good unbiased firsthand information on the channel.

Nice bit of info, I too am taking CLA in the liquid pill form. So far I've? been on it for 2 days and taken it 3 times a day so far, gonna bump it to 4 a day starting 2mrw. Been excercising moderatly so far the past 2 weeks and plan on stepping it up a bit. Will subscribe to see your progress.
