The last of the REAL? ELITE pernell whitaker was in the rematch with buddy mcgirt in 1994, he was still a top p4p guy up? until the oscar fight (1997) but had lost a step or 3 by then. The whitaker that beat (lets be honest) chavez & mcgirt would have outboxed oscar... in fact he would have outboxed floyd & pac as well... with floyd giving him the toughest fight as the one that comes closest in terms of boxing ability. whitaker was the best boxer since ray leonard, brilliant boxer.

as great as pernell is, he's only got a few tricks defensively that worked amazingly well: foot movement and crazy head/upper body movement, and the occasional gloves up by the head. floyd can do it all, head movement, foot movement, better counter punching, and he can fight better off the ropes and in? the pocket due to his philly shell defense. he's also quicker than pernell. they sparred before and floyd said it wasn't competitive, and b/c of those reasons I can see how it wouldn't be

Same here in Serbia, we are not disarmed tho, but if criminal comes? into your house in 3 am you can't shoot him if he doesn't have weapon, and if he has knife, you can't shoot him unless he start charging at you with knife, and you can't shoot him if he see you with gun and start running away.. So we are limited, and weapons are A LOT expensive here, i paid 700 euros for glock 19 gen 3 + 100 euros taxes = 800 euros total ( 800 euros = 1020 USD), and need to pay 25 euro tax every year per gun

To me, a firearm is only a small part of my home defense plan. I also include alarm system, two giant breed dogs, lighting, cell phone, just to name a few. Sarge, my 240lb English Mastiff, is usually pretty? good at deciding friend or foe, and if he's barking, then he charging, and that person is not kin or friend. There is no such thing as "can't miss" I've also hunted most of my life, and have had no problem missing game from close and far distances. LOL I like shotguns because of their fight stopping power in the close quaters usually associated in home defense. There are many great options for defensive shotguns. Pump shotguns enjoy the majority of? popularity for defense. The choices from Remington, and Mossberg are my favorites. Semi auto's are gaining in popularity, and my favorite is Benelli's.

If you're using championship rings to compare players, then that means you would take Brian Scalabrine over Charles Barkely as well? Bynum may have won two championships, but he was nothing more than a role player and was never asked to lead the team in anyway, shape, or? form. He also had the luxury of playing with Kobe Bryant and an in-form Gasol.
