The key to all of this is really knowing what you believe. If you believe eating a certain food is bad? for you, but you really really want to NOT believe this, then chances are you're paying more attention to your thinking about it than to what you really believe. If you pay attention to what you tell yourself about food, you'll give yourself a clue about what to eat. Children create their own reality too. When did I say I found the truth? I am learning so much new stuff about herbs right now, etc. But I do know that a healthy vegan diet, in the long run, did not work best for me. My diet still? consists of mostly plant food, I just add in some raw animal products here and there. That's what made me feel much better. I don't think I have found the holy grail of nutrition. Some things are just obvious to me, like the laws of nature, which clearly shows us that we evolved off of raw animal products.

When you're young and healthy,? a high quality sublingual should and usually does work. I ate a raw, organic vegan diet that was very healthy. Yes, I actually? did supplement. I used sublingual B12 too. The problem is, you, like many vegans, are missing my point. Is it natural to eat Vitamin B12 supplements, let alone ones that were produced in a lab somewhere using UV-B radiation? No. In the wild, no ones eats Vitamin B12 in supplement form, nor do they take Vitamin D supplements, etc. Omega 3's are essential too. I'm vegan for 7 years now and vegetarian 6 years before that. My health is fine. I supplement vitamin B-12 and use lamps that emit UV-B radiation during winter times. why didn't he mention vitamin B12? This is much more important vor vegans than vit-D as supplement. If you live in areas with enough sun, and go outdoors regularly, you don't need vit-D through eating, your skin builds it. In regions with cold winters and few sun, a few minutes exposure to adequate UV-B lamps each 1..2 days should help during the winter time. I remember a study with vegan-eating nuns who at high age did not develop osteoporosis. That? would be impossible without enough vit-D.

B12 if? you are low, some people actually make enough of this in there body if they have not destroyed the system and made it think it gets enough from meat. Vitamin D if you don't get much sun. Just some advice about condiments and sauces that are fat free or sugar free like your? miracle whip... they aren't as good as you think bc they have to replace the fat/sugar/sodium/wtv with other shit so the product keeps pretty much the same taste.
