Forgot to mention the science classes mentioned below are just prerequisites to? the principles of nutrition/advanced nutrition and medical nutrition therapy (disease) classes that are required for the dietetic degree. Other subjects include food service business management, food sanitation, statistics, food science technology, psychology, counseling, teaching, etc. If interested in pursuing the dietetics profession, check out the American Dietetic Association website for more info.

Being a RD is just not about planning menus and everybody thinks it is easy degree to acquire.. It is scientific oriented. Any B.S. nutrition/dietetics degree involves chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, human anatomy &physiology. Those classes alone turn off many freshman and they go to a easy degree such as communications. In addition, a rigorous internship plus a? national registration exam is a requirement for RD status.

I also bought Teri Tom's 'Straight Lead', but oddly enough as a fencer rather than a JKD practitioner. A lot of interesting stuff in there including some good ideas on non telegraphic responses and timing. I checked out this tube out of curiosity to see what she sounded like. Clearly written, easy to understand info about genuine JKD can be hard to find. Teri Tom's book on the straight lead is exactly that: a clearly written, easy to understand explanation of the Bruce Lee straight lead. She details how to do it, and also why Bruce Lee decided on that particular method of punching the straight lead. No BS, no posturing, just usable info in straight-forward language. A tour de force. And I agree with the poster who said Teri looks cute and pleasant.?

During that time Dan has received an instructor certification in all three arts that Bruce Lee taught (Tao of Chinese Gung Fu,? Jun Fan Gung Fu, and Jeet Kune Do). well, since SIFU Inosanto was teaching the chinatown school for Bruce Lee, and Bruce Lee told? the students that they all were to call him Sifu, then I guess he had to have been an instructor. Also when Bruce Lee left to Hong Kong, he told Sifu Inosanto that he was in charge of JKD. Ted Wong definitely has a great amount of knowledge, not disputing that.

FYI, KC - Ted Wong was certified in Jeet Kune Do by Bruce Lee. He received a 2nd rank in 1967. Dan Inosanto ASSUMED 3rd rank meant you could teach. There is no proof of that. However, after practicing and refining the art of JKD, Ted Wong needs no approval from Inosanto, let alone yourself, to teach an art that was passed down to him by Bruce Lee personally. Ted Wong was Lee's private student. Few can? say this.

I think this? video is little misguiding. I just saw the other video (same shown in this clip), where Kareena says that she watches everything she eats, as well as she eats healthy. Time to time, she will have a pizza or something else she likes but in proportion. She says that compared to her old eating habits, she's gain a lot of control over her eating habit.
