By 'average' woman her height I'm guessing they're not referring to petite women, because it does considerably depend on a woman's build too. I'm 5'3'', almost 5'4'' and my ideal weight is 110 lbs but I'm underweight now,? about 85 lbs, and don't look even close to how emaciated this girl looks. It's a lot to do with build and bone structure, I have tiny bones, ha ha.
