I've had eczema since I was a baby. It feels nice to? know that a good amount of people know what I've been through, it's hard as hell. I've been to Chicago, Colombia, Miami, etc all types of dermatologists that just made my skin thin out because of all the steroids in the creams I was using and now that I'm older with knowledge and personal experience I want to be a dermatologist myself, help out patients with a connection that these other dermatologists will never understand. :)

try cutting out,recducing what you eat that has gluten in it. It takes time to clean? your body out, give your time to heal. As someone who has dealt with eczema for over 10 years, it has been on and off and now eat a high raw food diet, I notice huge difference in skin, Am also trying organic shea butter with lavender in it(or try peppermint oil in it), does not smell best but am finding it works well. cortizone creams don't work for me.

I hate eczema! I've had it ever since? I was a kid but recently my skin has been great but I still have some scars like behind my knees.? I used to use aveeno but somehow I had an allergic reaction to it. Now I use vaseline's moisture lotion with no scent and I use the petroleum sometimes over the lotion. i have eczema and have tried every steroid based cream/ointment none have worked except one but eventually it seemed to not work anymore .one thing that does help when it starts to itch is bathing or rubbing sea salt on wherever i.e legs? arms. and letting it sit there it seemed to help me . also for makeup tart is the absolutely only thing i have tried that doesn't make me break out so i'm excited for that. but i have yet to win my battle if anyone has tips tell me!

I got this cheap suit they gave me for work and I start getting reactions from it (it's polyester and wool), believe it or not I work security for a very high end company under the Gucci group and they gave me this cheap suit. I only have mild eczema, but I find not eating dairy helps alot. Alcohol(Hard, not beer usually, although lots of beer have wheat in them which can cause more flare-ups), Spicy food and stress are other factors. It sounds? like you have severe eczema, so I don't think a diet change alone will cure it, but it should certainly help! Try cutting dairy and spicy foods from your diet for a month and eating loads of vitimin rich leafy greens, hopefully that will help, even a little I hope :/ Good luck

I hate this! I've tried everything. And though my eczema is not severe anymore I have flare up where I get patchy discolored and weeping skin. It's gross. I mix cetaphil lotion and body CREAM together and apply to? my skin when I get out the shower and before I go to bed (throughout the day if necessary). I have had eczema since I was 3 and I am now 15. Hydrocortisone did not do anything for me. I also use a cream called protopic and it really helps my face

I feel your pain. I have? it all over my face. It so horrible....I think people should start a channel for exczema sufferers...preferablely by someone who suffers from it. Hydrocortisone is useless for me. It depends of course on the type of eczema? and its severity. Usually it's not one cream but a whole range of medicine prescribed. I have bleeding weeping wounds on my skin, they hurt a lot...

I use chamomilla tea. It makes? me sleepy and relaxed. L-Tryptophan 1 hour before sleep. I wash my eczema with near-cold water only before sleep. No beer. I eat a lot of honey and apples. No Monosodium Glutamate or other additives. I reduce sugar as mmuch a possible. I drink lot of herb tea. And I want to try to make THC oil from indica plants.

i have eczema and so does? my daughter she was diagnosed with severe eczema by the time she was 4 yrs old her main trigger items are ketchup eggs dairy and chocolate. i have a lot of tips for dealing with children's eczema so anyone who needs help u can PM me. My daughter now has mild eczema only a few times a year and has been this way for about 3yrs now. it was a long road with horrible steriod creams and blistering bleeding breakouts but there is light at the end of the tunnel!

KIDDING! the skin is an organ, our largest in fact! it is a physical representation of how our insides are working. learn to heal the toxification in our bodies (either from poor lifestyle? choices or allergens) and give the outsides a fresh start! i agree with everything in this video!! anyone, PM me if you are a sufferer of either eczema or psoriasis, and i may be of some help! i prefer the holistic method of treatment.
