been doing this workout in the past 2 weeks (w 20-30 reps) and can already feel the difference, i'm stronger and have? more balance. it was quite hard to do in the beginning but don't worry it gets better and you'll be able to do it. nearly impossible with weights though lol

Thank you guys for answering my comment. Im going to do these exercises every other day and the days that i don't do them I will be? running on the treadmill! Hopefully i see results within a few weeks :)
