I hope you change your mind and don't do? that HCG diet. I know SO many people? that made themself sick by following the so-called HCG protocol. You are not all that large, and don't need to be doing controversial starvation diets that can wreck your health. Any diet that starts with "loading" on all kinds of bad food and doesn't allow you to exercise because you are only allowed to eat 500 calories a? day for weeks can't be healthy or safe! no really. im on it now and already lost 7 pounds in less than a week. it is hard though, because it limits the foods i can eat, and i love pizza and? cheesy stuff. i really don't get too hungry, just bearable, but the problem is craving the other foods we can't eat. if you stick to it, however, it works

I dont know if this works but if it does what they claim it does alot more than just appetite suppresant. there is no way you can? live on a 500 calorie diet with out negative side effects. So it helps using your fat as fuel instead of your muscles and other tissues that would be the first line of choice to be burned by your body instead of fat if you are starving.

But juicing isn't a long term solution. It may be great for short-term weight loss and in addition to a healthy diet..but too many try to live on juicing..and that just isn't a good idea. You miss out on important proteins, fats, and fiber by relying on juicing as your main nutrition. There's a reason Mother Nature gave us teeth and the stomach acid to digest animal proteins. But as long as? your happy that's all that counts. =)

Please note that the maker of this video gained all the weight back they lost and is now doing Weight Watchers to lose the weight again. They were kind enough to inform me of this, and they do NOT recommend anyone doing HCG, as they feel that they? not only lost fat but? also muscle..which is not a good thing. Yea..but the problem? is how are you going to keep that up? Once your done juicing..your going to go back to your old patterns. Just look at how many people here lose weight with juicing, HCG, Atkins, whatever..and then gain the weight back. I have done juicing, atkins, HCG, South Beach, Vegetarian..you name it..and I always gain the weight back. At what point do people simply stop this madness and just accept their body the way it is and just try to eat healthy? I'm pretty much there now.

I thought the video was awww inspiring I wanted to try it but due to the sever strict diet I was against it but seeing as how your going about it with different foods and STILL LOSING the WEIGHT? now you make me want to try it I am currently walking on a treadmill for an hour and eating 1500 calories a day and still losing weight everyday.
