You might lose some in the beginning but as your bodies metabolism increases over 2 weeks it will be less....Probably will also depend on your activity..Jay Cutler said you can never over train if your feeding your body enough.Anyway saw your channel and think were on the same page about bodybuilding ,I have never used drugs and I'm in it because I love it and have a passion for it.This? guy at work is a power lifter and he said this test booster Tribestan from Bulagaria is incredible.

I've kept my protein at 320g a day at 290lb bodyweight, think I'm going to increase it to 2g per lb? bodyweight, but that's a hefty load of protein for sure! Thoughts on that? Would be 580g protein a day!

Soy milk lowers testerone, but squats bench? and dead lift increases testosterone alot. so you don't have to worry that much but if it? worries you can take zinc, horny goat weed or tribulus, they will increase your testosterone levels. also sex and masterbaiting helps with increasing your testosterone levels

It depends on your llevel of activity,as a bodybuilder I eat 1:1.5 per day and I eat every 3 hours. If I wasn't as active I probably wouldn't be as conscience about the amount and just? would take bigger portions of protein in proportion to carbs and healthy fats. I don't know of anyone who is not training taking in that amount of protein.

Hope to help. THE BASIC protein need for anybody, ANYBODY is 1 g of protein per pound, if u are active or training, 1.5 if u are a competitor as much as 2g, now, DONT get confused. NUTRITIONAL PYRAMIDS are SCAM. they want u to survive only the minimum amount of food. WE are? built to adapt ANYTHING ergo the less u eat the more fat u gain. ( DONT FORGET THE GOOD CARBS!). P.S. Sugars IS THE DEVILS FOOD. (our body dosent need it). but it can be usefull after training.
