The Windsor Tower in Madrid which you speak of. In 2005 a fire started due to electrical issues it burned for a while and was demolished due to the damage. it also had a reinforced cement core which was easily able to withstand the fire and prevent collapse. Flight 93? crashed because the terrorists flying knew they had failed their mission when those brave passengers decided to take action against them. And WTC7 was totaled after the towers collapsed.
