I wasn't at all. I generally feel this need. I have addressed it and? have been making efforts to go to the gym more without a pre-workout. I agree with you though saddly cause you make a good point, people used to never have pre-workouts like this and used to be cut and fit and ready to go. We're a pampered generation sorry to say.

Hey Mr. Brink have you checked out the new Crystal light energy packets? I'm having a hard time getting Fein to send me their product so I substituted it with the energy packet. It makes it? a little cheaper but you don't have the exact measurements of caffeine though. It seems about equal though.

Exacly like mine.. except i use? Xtend for flavour as it is cheaper for me to get, and i don't use caffeine! The ingredients are great! Also I'll usualy add 20 grams or so of dextrose.
