Husband and I ended up this week going to 4 different Walgreens to get his Rx filled. We have four Walgreens less tahn amile from us and not one of them could fill one of his controlled sub medicine. He is 60 and has had20 surgeries in his life. Back surgeries. the declaration of independence isn't a governing body in the 21st century, it doesn't have the authority to make laws, it's not a branch? of government. I agree with you that there should be affordable health care for all, but it's not a spelled out right in our constitution like your trying to say, the right to live means the right to live freely and earn everything that is fair in our society by working, not to have it handed over by the government.
