Budget deficit? Last year the state added 14 million into the rainy day fund. That only happens when there is a surplus. AND, although the Legislative Fiscal Bureau had predicted a deficit this? year, the state has taken in about 265 million more than the LFB anticipated. That means there will be a surplus AGAIN this year. It also means there should be a surplus (a slightly smaller one) next year, too. Do some research next time.

This means that you as a Wisconsin citizen has the right to request any record such as an email, document, audio recording, or any other? item that is a record of state used materials. However if there is an investigation of criminal activity and said record has the potential to be evidence then legally it cannot be given until after the investigation is over. Actually centerflank I cannot afford a mortgage and without room mates I couldn't afford my own place and that's on a teachers salary. The thing that really gets me about the recall verifying process is that there is no way to verify age, names, repeats, and addresses of all these signatures. It is quite possible that there are many invalid signatures or shall I say signatures that should be invalid. The recall process needs to be changed. Thanks to liberal policy the world economy is crashing. We must do two things to stop the meltdown NOW!!! Firstly, we need to raise all payroll taxes 10% for one year. We also need to stop (right now) wasteful handout? programs like medicare, social security, unemployment,, etc. and lower the minimum wage to $2/hr so we can compete with China for jobs.
