Here's the link: There is no election fraud in Wisconsin. There is no need to stiffen the id requirements. When the Republican legislators pushed this bill through, the Dems made 37 attempts to introduce changes that would make it easier for people to actually get the id. Repubs refused. The only? reason this bill is there is to make it more difficult for the poor, minorities, and those without cars or access to vote. Generally, these people vote Dem. Simple power politics AND racist.

If anybody wants to understand the way idontspoon thinks, just check out his likes on YouTube. It is not difficult to erase a deficit when you eliminate programs that are necessary. The teachers union offered to erase that deficit initially through self-imposed cuts but Walker said no. State taxes are actually now higher for the middle class (accounting for lower wages due to increased costs) and lower for the rich which brings about an overall shortfall in the long run. They gave huge tax breaks to any corporation that relocated their headquarters in their state. Every company HQ built in Delaware would mean hundreds or thousands of new jobs. The result? There were at least 4 or 5 communities where a news story came out where teacher unions tried to rush through a new contract before the end to collective? bargaining went into effect. Walker had to make a very hard and unfortunate decision but it needed to be done. Walker's collective bargaining elimination, by his own admission, did nothing to reduce state level debt. Additionally, I've read both of his senate bills. Have you? Budget deficit? Last year the state added 14 million into the rainy day fund. That only happens when there is a surplus. AND, although the Legislative Fiscal Bureau had predicted a deficit this year, the state has taken in about 265 million more than the LFB anticipated. That means there will be a surplus AGAIN this year. It also means there should be a surplus (a slightly smaller one) next year,? too. Do some research next time.

Also, if Walker was so bad, then why had he held the court and senate after a recall? If his reforms are so terrible then why are only 12% of WI voters actually talking about or caring about collective bargaining. Walkers reforms worked and the state is better off. Facts: when Walker took office WI was ranked 41st in job creation. Now it? is ranked 26th. About half of the jobs created in WI have been in manufacturing. I am a federal employee. I have no collective bargaining, neither do 36 of the 50 states, or 87% of the US workforce who is not a member of a union. Walker had WI workers pay 12% of healthcare premiums, and 6% of their income toward pensions. I have to pay 30% of my premiums, and pay close to 9% towards a pension. Cry me a river.
