You don't have to pay taxes on the roth ira account,that's the entire point of it. Say your net income for the year 2011 was $7000, you can put up to $7000 in for that year. Since you have already been taxed on the money you made you don't? pay tax. The drawback to Roth IRA's is that you can't touch the money in the account until you are 59.5. Early withdraws = huge taxes.

@allrapsucks. I don't mind it but it was a sorce of contention amongst the band because they all really wanted it to? only be instrumental and Dave basically wanted control and said no way. It's not like the band all wrote it together with lyrics in mind. Vai already had the guitar part written long before and the band accompanied him with the intention of getting it on the album that way.
