There's a saying in Nichiren Buddhism that we? as humans long for three things: beauty, benefit and good. Beauty can be seen as doing something you love. Benefit, of course, is getting something in return for it - whether it's good feelings or a paycheck, etc. And good is putting something useful and uplifting back into the world. The moment would dictate my specific action: perhaps speaking? up for myself or simply remaining silent, depending on the person's level of receptivity. Love, to me, is always the answer. Great video, I subscribed to you :). I think that along with the four elements of nature, there is also a fifth element, that unifies and connects all in a giant web of life, and death, and? rebirth. The web of ether. This element is called spirit, and it is omnipotent. Neither good nor evil, but both, because nature is both, loving and cruel and the same time. Hi there! I love the? idea of leaving something behind when you take something from nature. I see your comment as a reminder for me to start doing that - thank you. I also find that if you can take something from home to leave in that new place as an offering it can help with the changes. I have river stones that I collected here that I leave in each place I visit and in return I take a stone from that place or a bird feather, shell etc. So the energies are shared in a way. Thanks for sharing =) I view my sea creatures very much like? those stones..its amazing to think something lived so long ago and you have it in your hands.

I remember trying to get to sleep at around 2am - this was in my first year of university.? I had written in my journal earlier in the day "I'm heading for Half My Life In Headphones" and as I was drifting off the whole melody and chord sequence for the entire song just looped in my brain to the point where I couldn't ignore it and so recorded a demo for it that night so I could remember it. I remember reading somewhere that about 4? out of 5 people today have at least one addiction, either internet, phone, tv etc. If I have one, it's definitely internet/music on the internet. When there's so much stimulation available, it's very easy to go too far. I actually wrote a song called Half My Life In Headphones about this. I never get to tell my songwriting stories to anyone - very sorry for using the comments under your video to talk about it but it seems quite appropriate :)

The fact that you're aware of that is? powerful! A lot of people I encounter (including my good old self) are often unconscious about it. For example, a few years ago, I met up with an ex-boyfriend who really, really wanted to see me and catch up since it had been a while. I found myself in his city one day, and we met for dinner. But, the whole time, he was punching buttons on his phone with great agitation. I though to myself "'well isn't this nice..and isn't it ironic, don't you think?" :)

I don't know that I do enough to honour my sensitivity but certainly music is a form of meditation for me, as long as I use don't overdo it.? Trying to find the right balance is crucial. I often go too far and just keep listening/playing and draining all my energy. Being disciplined enough to express yourself through and appreciate different mediums is one way of honouring my sensitivity, and I need to be more disciplined.

Getting soap without chemicals in it is also an awesome way to support people who create their own soaps. My favorite, i think, that i've found so far, is the Sunshine Soap Co. in York, PA. It's not really local for? me, but it's closer than Lyons in France or something like that, & their soap is amazing. I think it's spoiled me. But it definitely helps at least try to control the itchiness of dry skin!

Im super sensitive to other peoples vibes at times, I need to learn to make protective? shields. I have also tried using essential oils. I like patchouli, although I find that most people either love it or hate it.
