well done to you, like how ur real about weight loss, still eating what u like but conter acting it with workout, im starting to try and losse weight, i eat? healthy during the week ad have 1 treat day where i allow myself to have foods i love so i wont crave them 24 7 i know il be able to have them so i dont hate my diet i work out 5 days a week, only just started, might actually start my own progress videos :) keep up the good work your stunning !

thanks for the concern and kind feedback.Appreciate it! But as a friendly FYI to others: this was my FIRST public weight loss video & I was nervous. Give it a break! I did not realize the extremity of the situation until after I watched the video last year and ppl kept complaining in comments. NO Im not vain. I just try direct attention? other things when I get nervous. In this single case- it was my hair. I have made multiple vids since then & the hair touching has gone down significantly :-)

I thought the same thing until I watched the clip again.? In the beginning her stomach was hanging over her shorts. At around 157 or 158, her stomach was a lot smaller. However, beyond that it was hard for me to notice much else. I think its the way the pictures are...idk.

Well I used to do that too, end it did have a rebound effect on me.? So thats when I decided to try weight watchers. Not hard at all! As long as you follow the point system, you will lose 2-3lbs per week or more. Which is much more healthy than losing it really fast. Thats how you gain it all back. Plus you are not limited on what you can eat, as long as you dont eat alot of it.

I watched this video last? Friday for the first time. Sunday was my very first marathon. I've lost about 70 pounds and have another 30-50 to go. I was holding my 4:18 pace through Mile 14 when I started to slow down and eventually took to walking for about 7 miles. One of the miles was over 23:00. There were times when I wondered if it was worth finishing. One of the most inspirational thoughts I had was when I remembered the line from this video "I can call myself a marathoner." .........

Great video. You gotta get a handle on self? worth though. You can get down to 140, but you will get older and start complaining about not looking younger. You wanna tone up now that you lost fat. Too much intense cardio will eat muscel. Grab yourself a Jillian Michaels video from Wal-Mart. My sister in law did Jillian and good eating for a hear and lost 50 pounds and she's toned. Today I walked for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I did my elliptical for 30 minutes? and now getting ready to go to a kettlebell workout. My batteries were dead in the elliptical so that was easy. I definitely feel you. Start out by eating smaller portions and try to take out the stress by doing an activity that makes you happy such as hiking,? running, walking, rock climbing, etc. It's easier to lose weight when you're having fun :)
