For all these ppl assuming that they know everything about kipping pullups with their fabricated PHD's need to understand that these athletes are? NOT trying to build muscle or make their muscles grow. This is an ENDURANCE sport. Doing strict pullups will benefit the developement of muscles while kipping pullups will allow you to compete at a faster time focusing on ENDURANCE only. For you gurus who think you know everything, go try some kipping pullups, shits not easy.

Both good. Kipping is what this WOD calls for it can also be done using strict pull ups. We use both in our gym. I feel it is best to practice, train and get better at both. To answer your question about which works more muscles - Kipping and strict pull ups work the same muscles (for the most part) . Kipping requires more flexibility. ? If you are looking to exhaust your muscles completely try this: strict pull ups to failure immediately followed by kipping pull ups to failure.

wow people think this won't make them strong? yet curling lots of weight will??? no matter what workouts you do your muscles will rebuild themselves according to that workout, so essentially if you want to be in the best possible shape don't limit yourself to just crossfit, or just p90x or just anything, try something for 1 year and another thing for the next...cause no matter what workout? you are doing there are a shit load of muscles not being worked.

This kind of work out is for stamina and is usually used in crossfit work outs which require a large amount of stamina? with a light to medium work load. These work outs are not ment to make you HUGE but build strength and stamina. However yes, If you simply did Military press you would be stronger but you could not compete in events that require stamina like those who persue crossfit as an alternate form of work out.

The delts are still being trained, but? instead of being taught to work on their own, they are together with other muscles. The only 'stand alone' WoD was the 'New WoD' core rule book, designed to eliminate the need to repeat the same 'core rules' section from all of the other various games. The first WoD game, was Vampire:The Masquerade. CCP has also stated they plan on adding the other creatures, over time. Also, also the WoD MMO is 'old WoD' not 'new WoD'. The 'new WoD' core rule book is named after the world 1st described? in V:tM 1st edition.

Seems like every non-crossfitter likes to compare Kipping and Butterfly pullups with strict pullups, saying kip is cheating. What you obviously don't understand? is that kipping pullups requires some technique and less physical strenght than strict pullups. It's two different exercises which focuses on two different aspects.

I have not done Cross fit, I had a close friend who did do it for a month and a half and did not recommend it to me. He said that they push you so much that most? of the things you end up doing are in horrible form. That would just lead to injury in the long run.?

Do not pretend that the "Malkovs" in that abonimation known as the Requiem are in any way shape or form the real Malks. The real Malkavians in the oWOD are the result of the bloodline diablerizing their prophet antedevulian progenitor, and being infected with a twisted form of second sight. In V:TR the "Malkovians" were just a cult led by a mad Ventrue. I didn't mind the changes with many of? the new game mechanics in the nWOD, but White Wolf made a big mistake throwing out the lore.

You're absolutely right, pools cost a small fortune to run. I'm just big on swimming myself because of the benefits it offers the body and I've been doing it for years. In the beginning stages of Crossfit Glassman had a bunch of swimming programmed into the WODs because he lived in SoCal and thought everyone had a pool. Then he realized that that wasn't the case and took? out the pool work. Hopefully one day everyone can enjoy swimming if they want :\.

Wow....get into a real gym. Where people dont mess around. I have two friends that are your same 70 kilo weight and they can easily do this exercise. The both work on a sod farm and deliver sod to people all? over. Just takes practice and skill. They didn't start out this big when they started. Look at any ATHLETE who trains consistently. They will be freekishly strong and dont need steroids for them to do this.

90kg on the shoulder joint like that? That's a lot of force going through the shoulder at an awkward angle. I weigh 70kg and my PB is 100 - and that's with working out 5 days a week for around 2 years (any more and my shoulder just crumbles). Because most guys in the gym don't do overhead squats.. one of the? hardest lifts to do, hardest squat for sure. These women are professional athletes, and are as athletic as anyone. that's because you're not paying for the equipment, your paying for the personal training, and all that "isolation" equipment is not used in CrossFit. And 55 is damn cheap for what you do get at a? CrossFit gym.
