I was fortunate - my parents paid for my relatively worthless liberal arts degrees. My husband took out loans that we're still paying back. He works for the university from which he graduated in 2009, and we're doing well compared to so many? of our friends - many of whom had to drop out and are now overwhelmed by student debt without a degree to show for it. As they near the end of payments, most consider taking out MORE LOANS to go back to school. What else is there to do? Trade school?

I caught one in Austin once. A giant Texas redheaded centipede. It was 9 inches long. An absolutely beautiful creature! Vivid colors with an aura of a T-Rex, which in its world it obviously is. They're basically? harmless unless "bothered." I find it hard to believe it's going to sneak up on them in bed and attack. It's not. Their bite is really comparable to a wasp and less than a Texas scorpion which is mildly poisonous and certainly more painful and longer lasting than a centipede bite.
