search it on youtube but basically instead of pulling yourself up. You start in the up position VIA a chair or ladder and you lower yourself slowly. It works the exact same muscles but its a ton easier to? do. You can also JUMP to get to the up position. I did jumps You will feel it a TON the first time you do 10 pull downs (assuming you cant do a pull up)
