honestly i beleive the less soda thing... i am an american.. when i lived there i drank tons of soda.... 3 years ago i came to taiwan. and i like NEVER drank soda... only tea.... water... milk. plus i starting exercising a lot. and eating healthier. i lost about 20 lbs in a month and even now i still see weight coming off slowly by itself. im still a bit over weight but i am at average now. i came to taiwan? pants size 18... im now an 8.
