Im starting to use Hydroxycut sparingly as well as getting back into working out 3 days a week. Im trying to focus more on eating right because I know Hydroxycut is not a magic pill that will allow me to eat junkfood and? still lose weight. I only take one dose of 2 pills per day in order to give my body time to process it. Anything will hurt you if you over use it--even Tylenol.
