no, it's not dangerous? to take after mdma. mdma releases serotonin so taking 5-htp afterwards may help with the "come down". i know of many individuals who take 5-htp supplements just for that.

for me this works, i do not think it? has a placebo effect. when i first started on 5htp i felt a mild happy high, which went away as i kept on taking them. It doesn't cure my anxiety but assist's me with coping with it. Although I binge drink, which is what causes my anxiety.

It works for me. pleased with both the libido and muscle building effects. Make sure to get a good extract though.? If it's good stuff you should feel the heating effects within a few days. good advice in this vid, to start on lower doses and build up.

- No prescription is needed. It cam be purchased in its oxidized and reduced (Ubiquinol) forms at drug stores,? health stores, groceries, etc. The reduced form is cheaper but is generally useless to those over 35. Ubiquinol COQ10 is the best bet for anyone, but it a bit more expensive.
